I have done my graduation & post-graduation in Zoology from the University of Calcutta. I joined the All India Tiger Estimation in 2018-19 as a Research Biologist. I also worked as an intern in the CAMPA-GIB project at WII (December 2022). Presently, I am working on Camera trap-based distance sampling & a Random encounter model for herbivore density estimation. I am interested in developing protocol for camera trap based monitoring of wild population, spatiotemporal interaction, & habitat suitability.
