After completing my Master's in Wildlife Science from North Orissa University, Baripada, Odisha, in 2009, I joined the Wildlife
Institute of India in All India Tiger Estimation 2010. Subsequently, in 2012 I joined as a Research Biologist in "MSTrIPES" (Monitoring System for Tigers Intensive Protection & Ecological Status), where I got the opportunity to register my PhD on the subject of Ecology of non-pantherine carnivore community in Kanha Tiger Reserve, central India. I am currently a project manager in the same project of MSTrIPES. During my past ten years of engagement, I have been involved intellectually in developing several MSTrIPES programmes for updation from time to time & monitoring the software's implementation at the ground level. My current responsibility is coordinating, organising & managing the capacity-building programme of forest personnel across India.
